i don't about dc but i will say it's not easy to get a job because there's alot of people but only so many jobs

Currently the unemployment rate in DC is about 1/3 of what it is in California. But with continuing lockdowns and businesses either folding or relocating to other states I don't anticipate California to be a good place to find a job any time soon.
