Why do I feel extremely weak in hot weather?

If it is hot and humid, my arms will feel heavy and weak, as well as my head. The weakness can even go into my legs. My ears will suddenly feel full too and I'll hear a loud ringing sound in my ears until I am cool again. It is literally impossible to do anything when the heat gets to me, which is concerning because I have no idea how I'll ever be able to work in the Australian summer if this keeps happening. I used to be able to tolerate the heat, but my body can't seem to do that anymore and I'm not sure why. I am literally lying down with the fan on as I write this because I feel so weak and sleepy. I'm only 26. I eat well and drink maybe 2 litres of water a day. I have also eaten, so it's not that my blood pressure is low or anything...

I can offer only one thing i have observed with my own experience.  When i lived in an air conditioned house and worked inside an air conditioned office, and rode in an air conditioned car, i withered in the heat.  When I stopped using air conditioning in may car, made minimal use of air conditioning in my house, and made an effort to spend a few hours outside every day, i had no difficulty with working outside at high temperatures.  From this experience i came to the conclusion that i was not able to acclimate to heat if i spent too much time in a cool environment.
