We like the truth, but the Jews wandered in the desert for 40 years, not 400 years. As to "kingdom", the meaning varies by the sense of the context, Daniel 4:25, Mt. 21:43, Col. 1:13, 2 Pet. 1:11. These all use "kingdom" but the "sense" is not identical. How about that?
