A light blue because of so called Rayleigh Scattering
The Atmosphere, particularly Water Vapour within it refracts light just like another clear Medium
The Sun's Rays are refracted into a longer Wavelength
Hence Blue
William Strutt aka Lord Rayleigh won a Noble Prize for finding that out
Uranus reflects the same Colour for that reason
