For example I got a phone call not to long ago about me needed to give someone from section 8. 8 weeks worth my paycheck stubs. The person from section 8 says they are going to start feb 1st 2021. Going to take 50% of my wages to my employer. Does that mean my employer will pre own the home I live in?. Section 8 pre owns the home I currently live in. And so does the landlord that really owns it that is.

Section 8 has nothing to do with homeownership.
It sounds to me like you received more section 8 benefit than you were eligible for.  As a result, Section 8 is going to garnish your wages until they get the overpayment.

However, the way to know for sure, is ask section 8.

You have no idea what you are talking about.Sounds like you owe Section 8 and they are going to take it from your paycheck. i own my home and Section 8 has no involvement.
