Does this sound like Multiple Sclerosis? ?

Two months ago I had dry eyes, joint pain, muscle pain, muscle spasms, fatigue, heightened anxiety, shakiness. Just overall feel separated from myself 

Went away for two months, now I have the same thing. I had blood work done to check for an auto immune issue, came back normal. 

Does this sound like ms?

    Not really. Multiple sclerosis typically presents with numbness & headaches in addition to those symptoms (except 'anxiety.')

    No, my late husband had it, sounds more like Covid.
