Will Biden be given the presidency no matter what?

He has put time and effort into preparing for it, picking his cabinet, etc.

Yep, most of the Electoral College voters have said that they will vote for him, and if they don't they will be seen as faithless voters, and will either be forced to vote again, or will be replaced. Joe Biden is up to 306 votes in the Electoral College, and a candidate only needs to be the first to 270 votes. Donald Trump doesn't even have enough votes in the Electoral College to win a second and final term as President of the United States. Are you scared that his time and effects including picking his cabinet members will go to waste tomorrow, with Donald Trump wining the vote. He had his chance to get for re-election, if he had proved he was worthy to get the second term, but he did not and get limited to one term only.
