Do men notice a womans nails?

I think most men have thoughts like "how does she even clean herself" and "man that could tear a hole in a ballsack". But surely there are some guys who like this effect. So just choose the ones who like it and ignore the rest. 

One of Three things I always notice on a first date are hair, nails, or shoes.

I sure do.  I've seen women's nails with little pictures on them (sometimes even photos!), with jewels in them, multiple colors, etc.  It's just amazing what women wear on their nails these days.  I very often comment on them too.  And though I'm a guy and I would never wear stuff on my nails (I don't even wear makeup!), sometimes I'm just a little envious.

Something else I do (and I don't always mean to because it's more personal) is to complement women on their eyes.  The eyes are the first thing I notice on a woman, and with a mask on, that's all you can see!  A facemask really highlights the eyes!
