Foolish to post this info on the Internet. You are legally required to sue within a certain time frame. It's just that simple. WHEN did this occur?

Maybe. Not at all clear what the actions were and under what supposed legal grounds they were undertaken, or even how you have been harmed.
Well, you can sue, pretty well for anything. It just won't go anywhere unless it has a factual legal foundation. Just ask Donald Trump. He has sued a lot, but had lots of the suits thrown out for lack of any legal basis.
If you want to win a suit, then you had better have a good argument that your legal rights were violated and that you were caused actual harm. A huge difference between claiming something and proving it. Anyone can make a claim and submit a court case, any time, if they are willing to pay the costs for doing it. Winning though, requires a heck of a lot more than just a claim.
