How many min & hrs in each day would the person be working on computer animation?
Then how many days would be passed before this person will get about half hour of animation done?

Probably a full 8 hours. There have been several animated movies produced where the animators were asked to break Union rules and work double shifts and over night to get a movie produced in time. It’s not always as joyful as a job as it my seem.
