How are paedophiles and child molesters treated in The US?

I have no idea how REAL paedophiles and child molesters are treated over in The United States of America and the temperament of Americans towards these degenerates, but at least ONE person from your resource rich country won’t stop assuming I am one because I mentioned my real name here, address and a lie about me being one. I have had neighbours turn against me (some flew drones over my house that caused other people to treat me differently), lost several jobs because someone found out the name of each employer, had companies RIP ME OFF!!! after some people went on to pass on my lies from several years ago, I was doxxed on Kiwi Farms by some other guy (my own criminal record),  and I was BLACKLISTED from attending programs for metrosexuals like myself. 

  I can honestly say that I DID tell a lie about myself being a paedophile, but I’m not actually one. I was only lying about being one after I missed out on attending a program for people like me.

I have a clean police record with no findings of guilt or convictions being recorded on it.
