How big is the blast radius of a 328 kilotons nucular bomb?

The north Korean Dictator is planning on launching that rocket. How big would the bast radius be if it was between 148 and 328?

    The nuclear energy force extends radially. You can calculate the minimum energy needed to topple a building.  Then use F/r^2= Toppling energy. r can be calculated for building. If it falls in the center of a big city then the range will be around 5km radius. (Guess)
