I live a healthy life but i have high blood pressure how can i  fix this? ?

I never smoked have not drank alcohol in 32 years working out regularly never did street drugs. The only thing i can think of is my diet any pointers or tips I also am not obese or overweight.

    You should see your doctor to make sure that you don't have secondary hypertension, potentially from undiagnosed kidney disease or a thyroid problem.

    How high is high? If your Doctor said so then he would tell you how to lower it. Removing salt from your diet helps.

    Forget about doctors. 

    Take pco grape pit extract and 150ml pomegranate juice for some weeks. Check your blood pressure every week.

    Your doctor can prescribe medication to lower high blood pressure. See him/her before you have a stroke. High blood pressure can be genetic. Nothing to do with apparent fitness.
