do i have to pay a penalty for no health insurance 2020?
im in california and i didnt get a full time job till may of this year so i couldnt afford it before, now i got health insurance november during open enrollment and im paying 182$ per pay period (twice each month) and it only covers me. am i gonna be forced to pay a penalty even with this pandemic going on? Also am i paying to much for health insurance? what do you pay?

No, there is no tax penalty.
IMO the penalty for not having insurance should be that you are turned away at the ER door if you can't pay.
