Who is doing a better job alienating the center these days? Left or right wing?

Right now, I'd say the portions of the right wing that refuse to accept that the election results are going to stand because most centrists are sick of the whole thing and just want to move forward.

But starting about 4-6 weeks from now a lot will depend on Biden's actual leadership ability and his treatment in the pop media.  The Democratic Old Guard successfully united a disjointed party by laying COVID and the ensuing economic and social unrest firmly on Trump's shoulders.  All of that will soon be firmly upon theirs.

Add to that the large number of promises Biden will have to pay off to the outsider and progressive elements that were convinced to step aside in the name of "party unity" during the primaries, and the Old Guard will have to do a delicate tap dance.

In the end, centrists tend to care about security the most...first, the security of their own jobs and savings...second, the security of their neighborhoods and schools...next, the security of their institutions...

COVID doesn't appear to be going anywhere, nor does the economic impact. If Joe tries to blame "GOP obstruction" for his problems the partisans will eat it up, but many in the center will just see it as "same old/same old" partisan pettiness.

In my opinion, we're treading into similar waters as those that defined the Carter Presidency.  Centrists issued a collective sigh of relief when a "nice guy" replaced years of partisan strife in DC not realizing that they were actually headed into the darkest hours before the eventual dawn...

The left.  ALWAYS the left.  They're so alienating they can't even get along with themselves.

Seems the "left wing" wants to accept the election results,

and believe strongly in Democracy !

    HOW DARE THEY ?

As an independent, I can say I'm pretty pissed at both of them, though RIGHT THIS SECOND, I'm pissed at the right wing for making up this preposterous and obvious attempt to delegitimize Biden just because the left make up the preposterous russian collusion lie to delegitimize Trump.

This tit-for-tat nonsense needs to stop.  I'm saddened that so few Republican leaders stood up as adults in the room to call out Trump's bvllshit on this until VERY recently.  They waited so long that any Republican that doesn't fact check their echo chamber's bvllshit is now convinced that it's real despite Trump's pathetic record in court.

Left. They’re the ones that push for censorship.

It has been the right lately, this is why they lost this time around. They could not even keep an incumbent president, has only happened 6 times before in history.

The election results would suggest the right are in the wrong.
