Can you reschedule the return date of a round-trip flight?
So I made a stupid mistake and decided to spend Christmas with my sister in Massachusetts. It’s hell here. Not the state, but my sister. I’m trapped in her apartment with her screaming child, and when she is here she’s arguing with her husband. I need to leave like now or I’m going to put a gun to my head and pull the f*cking trigger. I have 20 goddamn days left here and there’s no way I’m staying for that much longer. I took JetBlue from Phoenix to Boston. How the hell do I get out of here?

Yes, you can but you may be charged for the change depending on the current rules of the airline you're flying on.

Why on earth are you asking us instead of the people whose job it is to know?

Speak to the airline, or whoever you booked the flight with. (Obviously.)
You may be able to change, but most airlines will charge you for doing so.

Weasel COVID into the reason you changed the date... beg for a free change. Prolly pay $200...

Contact JetBlue.
Most of the airlines are now waiving change fees. I don't know if JetBlue is one of them, but it is probably mentioned on their website if they are.
If they have waived change fees, then you will still probably have to pay any difference in the cost of the ticket.
