What's the funnest part of putting on makeup? ?

Candi if you put to much on

seeing how it looks at the end and trying different makeup looks.

The creativity, even if it's the same application every day. Also, the ritual is calming. Sometimes my mind just wanders. Other times I start to plan out what to do to make up for the next wedding or event--or the best--a Halloween costume. 

I should mention I don't wear a whole lot and cannot imagine what it's like to apply primers and foundation and bronzers and contours and lashes and setting spray.
