Where can I watch movies on my laptop that are legal to watch like YouTube?

I watch my movies on YouTube, but there are some movies that are not available free.  Are there other places like youtube that offer free movies - legally?

Crackle is legal, although I believe it has commercials.  The same goes for Tubi and Vudu.  I'm pretty sure all require you to create a free account, but no credit card info is needed.  Also, try your local library.  Not only do they rent physical DVDs, they also generally subscribe to streaming services you can access with your library card.
