Best friend says my natural hair color is ugly?

He's a douchebag that's not your best friend. Best friends don't talk bad about their friends. Your natural hair color sounds really pretty. How do you go back to your natural hair without it affecting your confidence? you get a new best friend in time. Don't rush it. Just drop anyone saying things about your appearance behind your back because those aren't real friends. You can't be around people who always have something negative to say about you and expect to feel great about yourself. The company you keep is what shapes your life so definitely pick better friends. Also don't ever be ashamed of your natural hair color. Hope this heps and good luck.

I have natural hair color and i love it now but not before because I couldn't see what was so great about it but then when I stopped coloring it I realized that coloring my hair isn't good for your hair and someone told me that why do that to your hair it is so pretty with your natural hair so something must of click in my head so I stopped. My hair has three colors which is blonde, red, and brown. 

One of the best bits of advice is very simple but has great meaning.  Just do it!

Your self confidence is being "dragged to the floor" because YOU are allowing it to. Don't let your opinion of yourself be dictated by anybody else. ANYBODY.

" you cannot please every one --  you gotta please yourself."

Ditch the friend.

It is seriously rude to tell someone their hair color is ugly.

You don't need to have blond hair because of what he thinks.

Go blond if you want to, not for him. You tell your friend you like your natural color, if you want to go blond you will do so because you want to. 

You grow out your hair, or you dye it back as close as possible to it's natural color and let it grow out. 

Unless you have some experience with dying or bleaching your hair at home, you should get it done by a professional. 

Never saw a natural color that was ugly except grey and not always that. 

The blonde sounds super pretty, but if you don't like it go back to your original color, and hey you can add light blonde highlights!
