Define "stronger".  If you are hit with a stream it gives the greatest force when it passes through a small nozzle giving a high kinetic energy.  The pressure at all  points when there is NO flow is equal.  The pressure when water is flowing at a constant rate is highest at the tap.  But MORE water flows from the tap so when the water is flowing at its natural rate the pressure at the outlet is ( wait for it..) ATMOSPHERIC.  Only by confining the outlet and reducing the flow can the pressure rise. So the "strength" depends largely on what you do with the OUTLET to constrain the flow.

The final pressure would be the same if you capped it and put a meter on it. The volume of water would probably be greatest at your outdoor hose bib most of them are a three-quarter inch pipe although some of them are only a half inch pipe or a 3/8-in pipe.

I've got good water pressure because my underground line that comes from the meter going to the house is a 1-in line. And I was able to locate that line and tap into it and install a hose bib on that 1-in line.

Most garden hoses that you get are 5/8 of an inch.

If you get a decent hose. So I can actually water my grass. Or put out a small fire
