You don't need to go to the doctor, that that I happen to you is normal and it happens to many men when they have days without to masturbate or to have sex. I have had that several times, when having strong erections I have seen drops of semen in my glans.

No that is normal to have colored discharge. If you are seeing any yellowish colored discharge is when you should head straight to the ER.

Ask your doctor to remove your testicles and send them in for testing to see if there are any problems with semen production.

Could be semen that stayed in your penile tube. The erection pushed it out. If you don't have any pain you don't have anything to worry about
