All my life, I felt I was meant to be female but unfortunately, I have full-blown male pattern baldness. ?

I don't have the money currently for a hair transplant or a hair system, am 27 and  work as a part time custodian for a local supermarket with nothing saved up whatsoever (no investments, etc).

More cis women have hair loss than you might think, and some even have male pattern baldness such as women with PCOS.  They manage to disguise it in various ways and you can too.

Your life would be much easier if you just lived as a man while in public.

Dress up all you like at home, but simplify your life by presenting as male on the job.

    God bless you.

I definitely think that good quality, lace front wigs are the way to go.

Then you are going to need a good wig-which is also expensive.

Sounds easier just to live authentically.
