Has anyone's PCs sleep settings changed after a recent update?

I've just spent ages trying to sort it out after sending the PC to sleep repeatedly in the night and it waking itself up every 2 or 3 minutes.

Update:

If you have just upgraded your PC to Windows 10 or did a major update from Windows 10 1803 to 1809, specific power-related settings might get corrupt. To fix this problem, open Settings > System and under Power & sleep settings click Additional power settings and Change Power Settings.

    there are WAKE events as well as SLEEP settings. WAKE can be set for any keyboard activity, any mouse activity, any LAN activity. Check your WAKE events.
