I was arrested for loitering, can I sue?
I was waiting in front of my parents’ car at Unihill Shopping Centre when some moron calls the police on me. I get frustrated at the whole situation and felt angry to a point that I started providing statements to police like “is it wrong to loiter here, I’m not showing you my licence, etc” because I was angry at the situation.
I was only waiting for my parents.
My intention was only to wait outside the car until they get to the car and unlock it.

You can sue if this arrest is illegal.

Who do you plan to sue? Your parents? The owner of the shopping center? The Police? Well, at least this explains why you can't hold a job. Oh, by the way, Merry Christmas. Let's see. Last year you offered to "suck Santa." The year before that were a former Constable. Either one should qualify you to answer your own question:
.
“I have plans on working tonight. I couldn't care less about Christmas as I'm no longer a Christian and that I'm an introverted person who prefers to be alone or with less people. Prostitutes work on Santa's workshop to suck on Santa's jolly.”
“I’d consider you a hero if you fought against the yanks! Iran was right to shoot down their multi-billion dollar drone. America is Satan’s land and we must destroy it!” https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20190...
“I'm a former senior constable from Victoria Police who is considering moving to the US and starting a security/ police career as soon as I can clear my medical record with another medical record that shows no mental illness.” https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20181...
“I'm having roast pork tonight, something Muslims are against. I'll even eat my plate of roast pork in front of Muslims.”

You WERE NOT arrested for loitering in front of your parent's car. IF you were arrested in the scenario you claim, it was for being an A** when the police made a reasonable request for ID while you were engaged in suspicious activity.

Loitering laws prohibit lingering in a public area without a purpose.
You had purpose, waiting for your parents. Should be able to beat it in court.

Looks like Victoria, Australia. It is not unlawful in Victoria to hang around at a public place – by yourself or with other people – unless you are committing an offence at the time, such as breaching the peace. If your anger mucked yourself up, you'll have to deal with a judge. It wasn't illegal to stand there unless you then commit another crime.
There's no lawsuit in this.
