Absolutely - it's beneficial to walk regularly, and get some sunlight. Just dress appropriately.

Absolutely.  I do every single day.  In fact, I feel odd if I don’t. I also think you need to do it more in winter, as exercise boosts endorphins, which in turn boost immunity at the worst time of year for illness.

It gets you out in the fresh air, gets you away from centrally heated room air, and exercises your joints and muscles. It also helps with blood circulation and maintaining a healthy weight.

You get daylight, which helps with SAD, and you get out and have social contact with people, which is good for your mental health.

My wife and I have gone out for a walk every dry day since 13 March 2020.

Since then we have actually been prevented by rain from walking only about a dozen times.

I would not recommend going out in the wet since, no matter how well you dress, you will end up being wet yourself and it is not pleasant walking.

We are lucky in that there is a network of footpaths around our house.

Also we live about a mile inland from the Fylde coast (Lytham, St Annes, Blackpool, Cleveleys, Fleetwood). There is about 15 miles of promenade walking to be had. We wrap up warm and thoroughly enjoy it.

We will be going out about 2 p.m. today. It helps break up the day.

Of course it is fine. Just dress according to weather conditions. I would think commons sense would have kicked in for this one, really...

Extraordinary question. Why wouldn't it be ok? Naturally one needs to protect with face mask if going near other people during this pandemic, but it is something very many people do.
