can a seller see the buyer's full phone number on eBay?
I am asking because a seller is threatening regarding my number and address and I am thinking to change my number.

I do some ebay selling, I see buyers phone number and address, I only care about is profit $$. If I have an issue with buyer I issue refund pay return shipping or let them keep it if it's a cheap item, shipping insurance for higher priced stuff to cut my loss. Report seller to eBay he crossed the line making threats, then block him. If you receive hurassment from him report to police.

If seller already has your number, what would be the point of changing it? If you won an auction, you are obligated to pay unless seller agrees to release you.
