    No.  As long as the Lollipop House of Representatives keeps drifting left, a common sense Senate will be necessary to keep the country centered, and on an even course.  Most Americans know this.

    Why would it be too late? One of the Democratic candidates is an anti-Semite who called all cops gangsters or something along those lines. I doubt that people of Georgia will vote for that kind of extremism and hatred. And having that individual in would hurt Democrats long-term.
