Is there a difference between the radical right & conservatives.. If so, please explain.?

    A conservative does not support Trump because they would realize he’s only trying to buy their votes, a radical right is someone who supports Trump and thinks he’s conservative when they’re delusional and confused.

    The difference is that the radical right (alt-righters as they are usually called on the internet now) do stupid things like make the claim that whites are superior to other races, which real conservatives will not accept.

    It depends on what we mean by "radical right".  If we're talking about out and out white supremacists and such groups then yeah.  But the mainstream right wing has been getting more and more radicalized.
