Is Trump going to follow the example of Richard Nixon?

He could resign and hope for a pardon from his Vice President.

I don't think that he is smart enough or humble enough to follow this path.  He intends to keep fighting to damage the USA for the next four years.  To resign would indicate that HE thought he had done something wrong.  How can God himself ever believe this?

No. Pence showed his anger towards Trump publicly. One of Trump's biggest worry is that Pence will invoke the 25th Amendment. Trump has been asking about pardoning himself.

Nixon was a great Statesman. A bit paranode, but was excellent at international affairs.

Trump should resign, it's the patriotic thing for him to do. I doubt he will.
