Can you wear this to surgery?

Hi, I'm having surgery on my left inner ear this summer, I've had problems with that ear my whole life so I at least know this operation. I'm wondering though, I'm Autistic, and I'm very sensitive to certain materials, the gowns they give don't bother me, but can I still wear a bra? I don't mind a wireless one? I don't like my nipples rubbing against anything, also what about leggings or scrub bottoms? Are there any hospital approved pants I could wear? I do not like my legs, touching them selves even if I've just shaved, naired, or waxed, if I was having surgery below the neck I'd understand but since it's just my ear, is there anyway I could have on a few more items of clothes than just the hospital gown?

Thanks

Update:

If not leggings what about at least a bra? Female nurses and doctors wear bras from home to work can I still wear that?

Sorry but you are going to an antiseptic area and you cannot wear any clothes from home, they will carry germs.

Talk your problems over with your Doctor.  You will be asleep and not aware of your clothing.
