How much are you suppose to tip movers - say it cost $340?

How much?

Update:

If you tip 15% on $400 that is $60 dollars!!!!  I think if they were efficient $25 dollars is fine - do you all agree?  I certainly would not want to insult movers who were extremely efficient!  So I would like all your opinions!

Update 2:

20% of $400 = $80!  really

20% standard.  Same as any tipped employee.

A contracted price is a contracted price.  Tip them 10-15% if they did an excellent job (how do you really know unless you unpacked everything), but in general people feel the need to tip way too much.  15+ years ago, tips weren't expected for every single service job like people believe now.
