Israel - Western Wall?

Yes. 

Not that surprising, since the area is mostly Jewish and houses the holiest spot that Jews have access to at this moment in time. If you wanted to visit the Western Wall, you really have no choice but to enter the Jewish Quarter and not leave it, though the wall is at the edge of the quarter.
