do i need to pay for a plex pass to stream to other devices (such as a ipad, ps4, roku etc)?
i'm thinking of building a plex server so i can digitise my bluray and DVD collection so i can put it into storage. i'm a bit confused over the plex pass system, some people say you need to pay to stream to other devices, others say you don't. plex's website doesn't really help.
