If Argentina had Mirage F1 jets during Falkland wars ?

If Argentina had large fleet of Mirage F1 jets like Iraq of that era(80's) armed with Exocet anti-ship missile during Falkland wars, Was it possible to defeat or do much larger damage to the royal navy?

The aircraft they used didn't really determine the outcome.   They had the Super Étendard, which was also armed with the Exocet, and was of a newer design than the Mirage F1.

If Argentina was that Big of a Threat the RAF Vulcan's would have Bombed Argentina into submission or oblivion

the Vulcan could carry 21 thousand Pounds of Bombs and or One Nuke

    Nope.

The combat radius of F1 is 425 km. The islands are just a bit beyond that distance from the Argentinian coast. All the Royal Navy would have needed to do would have been to keep around the islands to remain out of range.
