How do I delete my app progress from a mobile game?

I first deleted my app data, then I went to facebook apps and settings and deleted the app in question from my facebook account. I then opened the app again and logged in with my facebook, my level progress and username was still saved. How do I actually remove it?

    You have to Delete the Game In order to Remove your Progress from It
