What's the Buddhist equivalent to Christians' Cross?

MAKE NO MISTAKE, THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS AN EQUIVALENT OR ANYTHING EVEN NEAR TO JESUS ON THE CROSS!!!

ALL IS VAIN WITHOUT JESUS OUR SAVIOR!!!

The Christian cross is actually the cross of Christ Jesus. It is the implement of His tortured death, which He willingly suffered so as to bear the punishment for all sin, that sinners repentantly trusting in what He did could live eternally, as forgiven children of God. Nothing in Buddhism agrees with that, for it says each individual must strive to find their own path to Nirvana, and that there is no such thing as sin (or God, for that matter). Buddhists look up to the Buddha but the Buddha never died for them, that they could be forgiven by God. There is no equivalent to the Christian cross in any other religion.

While not a direct correlation, Buddhists often chant about taking refuge in the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha. Buddha, of course, about the Buddha-nature as expressed by Siddhartha, the Dharma is the universal laws of the universe dealing with suffering, its nature and how to overcome it and the Sangha--the community of followers.

If you are looking at a "symbol" such as the Christian cross, the spoked wheel is common for Buddhism generally; however, the Zen Buddhists use the painted circle with no embellishment.

Every "religion" or cult out there bases their belief system on it's founder's claimed profession of a "transformational" spiritual experience.

The Christian faith - we who are Jesus' disciplined students - do not make any such claim.

We don't worship a dead guy. Our leader is very much alive and well, and he is the one and only way to heaven.

Listen up: it's YOUR LIFE that's at stake here... this is really a life and death situation. Read carefully and get-it-IN-ya.

"I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." That exclusive statement by Jesus rules out all man-made efforts to get to God, and therefore, ultimately, heaven.  The way to God is a PERSON, not a religion. 

"I am the way." 

"I am the door." 

"I am the gate." 

Test these claims Jesus made about Himself. He is the only way into God's Kingdom: Jesus is the one and only real-life PORTAL into this spiritual dimention... a fourth dimention.  His kingdom on earth. The cross is a spiritual 'black hole' for the world's sins, crimes and evil. Any organization that makes the (ridiculous) claim "You need Jesus PLUS US to get to heaven." is not from God. Jesus is all you will ever, ever need.

"Come to me all you who are burdened and weary and I will give you rest for your souls. Take My yoke upon you; for My burden is easy, and My yoke is light." 

Do this and live.. Do it today. Tomorrow may be too late. 

PS. There is only one name under heaven by which a man can be saved: only "Jesus". It's not "Buddha". It's not "Mohammed." It's not "Catholic". There is no such thing as DIY salvation. Go to Jesus and live! If you stay where you are, you must perish.

There's a lot of symbols for Buddhism. Probably the most famous being the yin-yang, but that also represents Taoism and others. I guess the most fitting one would be the 8 spoked wheel or Dharmachakra where the spokes represent the 8-fold path.
