Ordering bulk from china?

Do I have to worry about paying special fees to customs if I directly use door to door air courier services like DHL, Fedex or UPS to ship my products to me?

    Yes, fees on everything.

    All imports must clear Customs and you must pay the duty (taxes) if applicable.

    No worries. Possibly violating import-export duties is only a federal offence.
