milky oil is a blown head gasket or cracked block

Find another vehicle. There are thousands of used vehicles with no major issues.

What you've described has ALL the earmarks of a blown head gasket. Prepare to spend about $1500 to fix it. It's also due for a timing belt replacement which will add another $800. This is what Happens when you don't do a proper pre-buy inspection and now it's biting you intheass. Tough luck, but it's the result of being mostly clueless about vehicles.
