Can I get more fingers put on?
SO. I play guitar, bass, and a little bit of keyboards (piano) but I was thinking if people can get new noses and heart transpalnts, can I get a couple more fingers? It would make me a better guitar/keys player and hell people may pay to see it live. Like theres the guitar guy who got 14 fingers?

Django Reinhardt, the superb jazz guitarist of 30's etc had only 2 fully functional fingers on his fretting hand due to a fire. Work with what you have. I doubt it would make you better
