Is One Day Enough Time to Impeach & Try Trump?
Biden gets sworn in at about 11:30, and I'm sure the House % Senate don't want to miss it.
Trump has not accepted pay for being president. Not even the new senate is interested in a trial. Once he's out of office, he'll be forgotten.

It can go even after he leaves office. The impeachment directly affects any government position he may try to get in the future.

Of course not. And it won't happen. It's just the Left trying to deflect their evil and corrupt deeds away from them.

Trump has already been impeached for the second time.
The Senate trial can be held after Trump is out of office. Yes, the Senate can convict him after January 20.
A Senate trial would take some time; not one day.

No it isn't. Not even if like last year they don't bother to hold a trial and vote based entirely on political positioning.
The impeachment will not remove Trump from office, because his term will end before the trial does. What it will do is cancel the salary and perqs of being an ex-president, and disqualify him from running for any office ever again.
