I divorced in my early 40s and a couple years later started dating again. At first I was dating my own age, maybe a little older. These guys were awful. Maybe they were trying to impress me with how "youthful" they were, but they acted like jerks, like teenage morons. Trying to "cop a feel" like I wouldn't notice for example. Or being "too cool" to be gentlemanly. 

On impulse, I accepted a date with a friend's younger brother, a fellow in his 20s. HE tried to impress me with how mature he was. What a difference! I dated other younger men. Same thing. So yes, I came to prefer dating younger men. 

My moms 42 and she’s engaged to a 23 year old 😂💀🤷🏼‍♀️

Sometimes. Often younger men prefer older women, I think.
