ADL Health Covid Test?

I'm traveling to Maui and need a covid test. I am flying with United Airlines and they provide a mail in test with ADL Health. Has anyone traveled lately to Maui with this mail in test by united airlines? I know ADL Health isn't on the trusted partners list but United Airlines is promoting it, so I'm guessing something must be up.

    On the ADL website it lists that since Dec 17th, the state of Hawaii recognizes ADP health as a trusted partner through it's partnership with United Airlines.

    i would just do the test if you want to travel
