Who's to blame for no one being voted into the Baseball Hall of Fame this year?

Is it the fundamentaly dumb and very harsh Baseball writers, the fans, the players themselves, or maybe even MLB Commisioner Rob Manfred?

    Players on the ballot and their statistics, behavior on and/or off the field.

    Simply put none of them warranted induction.
