which out of all the classical composers used to write a tune or music in a minor key and then later transpose it to the major of the key?? that is Am to A major....Cminor to C major ... etc

I don't know if you're thinking of a specific composer, but I'm sure a lot of them did. The first movement of Mozart's 25th Symphony is in a minor key. But it features a leitmotif that is performed twice in a major key and then transposed to a minor for the last run. Have a listen: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7lC1lRz5Z_s
