Is it illegal to make legit money in mexico and transfering it to california? ?

We have an aguave business in jalisco mex. we make more than 100k in us dollars when its ready to harvest and sold to the enginner. We have legal papers for proof that we grow and sell aguave for profit.

    You need to work with an accountant to make sure all the money is properly reported, taxed and transferred legally.

    under US law, it's fine.  If you live in the US, it's taxable income.  I have no idea about Mexican law

    No, nothing illegal about it. Monies can be transferred via legal means using  bank transfer. That is the safest and most secure.
