Does taking excessive amount of caffeine make it harder to breathe?
I might be answering my own question but I need to hear it from someone else. I take a lot of caffeine each day not by drinking coffee but by taking caffeine pills and caffeine supplements. I sought of feel like it makes it harder to breathe. Do you know if caffeine does this? TIA!!!

Yes it does as you have found out. It raises your heart rate so your lungs cannot keep up.
