even if the high dosage of sildenafil didn't work for you. what other pills did it work for you besides sildenafil and what was the weight of the dosage?

That med is in the same drug class as other common ED medications, namely Levitra and Cialis. If high dose sildenafil (100mg) didn't help, then these latter 2 medications are unlikely to help. Ask your Urologist about cialis though, it's worth a shot before trying the alternatives below.
Other common treatments for ED include injectable medications like Bi-Mix or Tri-Mix. Using a tiny needle, you draw up the medication and inject it directly into a specific area. Most men cringe at this, but it's relatively simple and not very painful (again, it's a tiny needle).
Other treatments include vacuum erection devices (VEDs). Constriction bands can be used in conjunction with the VED.
Last, there's surgical options available at many urology clinics (look up IPP device and malleables). Talk to your urologist for more info.
