    In the old days it was the last car at the end of a train. It usually had quarters for the train's conductor.

    Pouch to hold a baby in. Mothers often have them so babies are close to their chest and they donā€™t have to hold them.Ā

    Railway carriage but not for passengers. Possibly the rear one, what we call the ā€œguardā€™s vanā€ in English.
