how can you pass a background check that asks for evidence of rehabilitation because of a speeding offense?

Im trying to get passed by checkr background services to work with instacart. I have a pending speeding wreckless driving ticket. Checkr background services is giving me 1 week to send them some kind of evidence of rehabilitation for this charge.. I dont see how they can judge me by a pending charge anyway.. for all they know I didnt do it.. I havent gone to court for the charge yet so im not guilty for it yet. But how do I provide this "evidence of rehabilitation" they ask for? and is there another way to convince them?
