Will this work for me in losing weight?
I recently discovered an idea for weight loss that people say works and I'm thinking about trying it out. Here's a link that explains it all.

From what it explains, it's simple to use. But here's something about myself. I take medicine to not only help me sleep at night but it's also for a form of bipolar disorder, I mostly drink water with mio, sometimes sodas and juices, I only seem to eat fast food, snack food, sometimes candy, I don't work out and I don't diet since I found out dieting and working out doesn't work in losing weight. So despite all that from me, will what I'm thinking of trying work for me in losing weight?
I also stay up late and sleep in which that's also a factor that causes weight gain. So would what I'm thinking of trying work out for me, despite all of what I've said?
